FAQ: shipping & returns

shipping

We ship online orders to all 50 states and the District of Columbia via UPS and the USPS. All orders over $125 are eligible for FREE US standard shipping. Orders under $125 are a flat-rate $9.95 shipping fee.  Additional expedited shipping rates will be shown at checkout.  

Please note, if you are ordering to a P.O. Box your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

order processing time

We aim ship most orders within 2 business days, however delays do sometimes occur.  During sales or other promotional periods, due to high volumes processing time may extend to 3-4 business days.  If you need your order urgently or require any special handling, please message us to let us know.  

international shipping

Giggle does not currently offer international shipping. If you are using a freight forwarder to purchase items for shipment overseas, please note we are unable to authorize returns from overseas addresses.

return policy

You may return eligible unworn clothing, shoes, toys, games and other merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered. Accessories, shoes, toys, games and other items must be returned in their original packaging. Undergarments and swimwear should be tried on over underclothing, ensuring that the protective hygiene strip remains in place and intact.

Sale/discounted items purchased on further sale (ie a stock up or with a discount code) will be eligible for site credit only (no refunds).  

Items noted as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

to start a return

Please email customerservice@giggle.com with your order number and the items that you would like to return . 


There is a $7 return shipping label fee for each package returned that will be deducted out of your final refund.  

Return approval is at the discretion of www.giggle.com and we reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.

refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or to a digital gift card (site credit) for merchandise returned in its original condition within 30 days. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed once it is received at our warehouse.

Please note: outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

exchanges

At this time, giggle does not support exchanges. We suggest placing another order for the new size or color of the item you would like to exchange. To send back your unwanted goods, initiate a return as per the instructions above. Once we receive your merchandise we will refund your account via the original payment method.

gift returns

If you are a gift recipient and need to make a return, we will refund you in the form of giggle online store credit for any future purchases on our site within one year, if your item(s) are eligible for a return. Please note that some of our items are final sale (ex: embroidered or personalized, custom-made items).

damages

Any product that is delivered damaged must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement. Please include photos that show the damage described for a faster resolution.

price adjustments

giggle does not offer price adjustments.
