The Laundress

Following their frustration with dingy white T-shirts and faded denim, fabric care experts Gwen Whiting and Lindsey Boyd founded The Laundress, Inc., in New York. Along with innovative detergents, the collection includes laundry tools and storage bags. Faced with similar annoyances while cleaning their homes, Whiting and Boyd later introduced the eco-friendly Home Cleaning collection. Made with nontoxic, biodegradable and allergen-free materials, all products are free of petroleum, SLS, phosphate, phthalates, dyes and animal by-products. Baby products include a New Parent Kit, as well as Baby Detergent bundles with fabric conditioner and refresher.
