Lele Sadoughi

A graduate of London’s Central Saint Martins, Lisa “Lele” Sadoughi launched her career as a designer and patternmaker at Rebecca Taylor in New York. She later joined Ippolita, creating custom private-label jewelry for Neiman Marcus, Anthropologie, Banana Republic and Club Monaco. In 2006, she launched J.Crew’s jewelry collection, and later served as Jewelry Design Director at Tory Burch. By 2012, she introduced her namesake brand—including “Mommy & Me” headbands, as well as girls’ face masks and hair accessories.
