Rated 5 out of 5 Fun and Sturdy
My daughter loves this play kitchen. It's a perfect size and doesn't take up a lot of space in her room. This is a wonderful toy.

Rated 4 out of 5 Good kitchen for space constrained
We got this for my daughter's 2nd birthday after extensive research. I wanted a wooden kitchen at allowed her maximum creativity (vs too detailed and "realistic"). This fit the bill. It is remarkably small. Perfect for her now but I'm not sure how long until she outgrows it. I will probably add a fridge and a microwave from Hape or plan toys down the line.

"What's not to like". My girls love playing with the little kitchen. To add more fun, we also purchased the refrig. and wooden drinks. Next thing you know they are the Chef and we are at a restaurant, leave it to their imagination.

Rated 4 out of 5 Great little modern kitchen
We got a different color--the natural wood and lime green and it is so cute. It is very modern looking so it matches my son's room. It isn't too girly. It is small and simple but that is perfect for us. He has so much else in his room that a small kitchen is all he needs. Maybe if he was older and really into playing kitchen, we would want to add more to it. He is only 22 months now. It was also crazy easy to put together. It took 15 minutes by myself!

Rated 3 out of 5Â by KatieC A hit with my son, but terrible to assemble.
I bought this for my 18-month old because he loved playing with it in the Giggle store. I'm sure he'll love it at home as well - once assembled, it seems sturdy and looks lovely (especially compared to some of the enormous and plastic kitchens out there). BUT, of the half dozen holiday gifts I assembled this evening, this was *by far* the worst: the pieces are made of cheap plywood and are not cut precisely, so there is a fair bit of brute force required to get pieces to fit together. The instructions are unclear. And, even now that it's assembled, there are pieces that just don't seem right (there is literally no mechanism for attaching the faucet to the sink - reviews I've read online say to superglue it, but it seems bizarre that that's the answer). This could be such a great product, especially for those of us who live in the city and appreciate smaller scale items, but execution leaves a lot to be desired.
