Although I love the idea of recycled plastics, I wouldn't recommend this toy. It has no flex/give and is really hard and heavy. I bought it for my toddlers to play with this summer, but honestly it felt like throwing a plate - heavy and it hurt to catch. The technology is much better suited to shovels/buckets, etc.
