My son is 10-months-old and is very active. He enjoys playing with this toy when he sits in his high chair. It's great when I need him to wait while I prepare his food. When he has the freedom to move around, he has difficulty sitting still to play with it. However, I think he may use it more as he gets older.

easy to grab and throw but harder to play with. too many little peices tend to confuse instead of intrigue. suction keeps it steady (and not thrown)

I bought this for my 13 month old son's highchair. The suction is not too good. My son can easily take it off the highchair and just throws it on the ground. He does like to play with it on the floor though but it's not what I had bought it for.
