| Strollercize® in Central Park |

Bring your baby and join us for fun and fitness with Elizabeth Trindade, a certified personal trainer and founder of Strollercize®. The class leaves from our store then heads into Central Park for a total body fitness routine. After a warm-up, you’ll work on cardio carriage, pram pushing and posture, and tummy toning with the rollersizer, and end with a relaxing chill down. |
