Bought something you don't quite love? Got a gift you didn't need? We'll get things sorted for you quickly and easily. We offer hassle-free Returns and Exchanges for all new merchandise* that's still in the original packaging at any one of our giggle stores** and at our giggle Returns Center.

  1. Returns and Exchanges with an Original Receipt
    Just bring us your original receipt or packing slip within 30 days of your purchase, and we'll exchange the item for one you love, or give you a full refund. (Note: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.)
  2. Returns with a Gift Receipt
    Items returned with a Gift Receipt can either be exchanged for something new or fully refunded. If you wish for a refund, we'll give you a giggle Merchandise Credit in the amount that was paid, to spend on absolutely anything — in-store or online.
  3. Returns without an Original or Gift Receipt
    Can't seem to find a receipt? No problem. We can still exchange your item for you, and offer a giggle Merchandise Credit for the item's current selling price in return.

**We're sorry, but items received from an In-Home Delivery cannot be returned to our stores. Please see In-Home Delivery Returns to learn more.

Note for All Returns

While we always want you to leave our stores with exactly what you want, there are some items that we unfortunately cannot return or exchange.

  1. Merchandise that includes a Manufacturer Warranty is not returnable after it's been unpackaged and used, but will be covered by the Manufacturer Warranty Service.
  2. Sale merchandise sold at a price ending in ".98" is Final Sale.
  3. Your Personalized order is non-cancellable and not returnable.
  4. Breast Pump and Toilet Training merchandise is not returnable.
  5. Shipping, delivery, and assembly charges are non-refundable.
  6. All giggle Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Manufacturer Warranty Service
Each and every stroller, car seat, high chair, bouncer, mattress, play yard and electronics item we sell comes with its own Manufacturer Warranty. This will cover you in the event of any damages or broken parts, starting from the date of purchase. (But remember: coverage time varies depending on the manufacturer, so read your warranty closely!) Some other things you'll need to know:

  1. Don't wait — register your product as soon as you get it to make sure you're covered. This will also come in handy if you need the manufacturer to help troubleshoot any issues you're having with your product.
  2. Because Manufacturer Warranty Service is included when you buy and register your stroller, car seat, high chair, bouncer, mattress, play yard and electronics items, we are unable to accept returns on any of these used items.

Home Delivery Returns
Our goal is always to make sure you love every purchase you make with us, big or small. That's why it's so important to us that you know exactly what to do in the event there's an issue with your item —  so we can solve it, ASAP!

  • Accepting Your Home Delivery
    Make sure someone over the age of 18 is present to sign for your delivery. (This is a must!)   Also, please   note that if you (or someone you know) are not home to accept the delivery after it's been scheduled and confirmed, you will be responsible for all shipping, storage and vendor charges. Such fees include cancellation and restocking fees, as specified in the chart below.

  • While the delivery person is present AND prior to signing for delivery:
    • Open and inspect the item(s).
    • For any damages you spot (even if they're minimal), write the Damage Details on the delivery form.
    • Call 1-800-495-8577 immediately to report any defects or damages.

  • After Accepting Your Delivery

    1. Within 48 Hours
      Notice any missing or damaged parts? Call 1-800-495-8577 within 48 hours and we'll send you replacement parts absolutely free of charge.
    2. Within 30 Days
      Item(s) may be returned for any reason, as long as the following conditions are met:
      • The item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging.
      • Home Delivery purchases may NOT be returned to a giggle store. Our stores are not equipped to handle these types of returns.
      • Customer is responsible for all shipping, storage and vendor charges (such as cancellation or restocking fees) as specified in the Chart below.

      To schedule a return within 30 days under these conditions, call our Customer Service team at 1-800-495-8577 EST Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We'll make arrangements for our carrier to contact you and schedule a pick-up of your return.  (Note: Return shipping charges will apply.)

    3. After 30 Days
      We're sorry, but Home Delivery returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. For issues after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer.

  • To our giggle Stores
    Merchandise paid for with PayPal will be returned in the form of a Merchandise Credit.
  • To giggle's Return Center
    Merchandise paid for with PayPal will be refunded back to PayPal.

Returns Center
Return address labels (please note:  this label isn't pre-paid) are included with every purchase from our online store in the event you need to return an item.

  1. Please circle the item you wish to return on your original packing slip form.
  2. Complete the form on your packing slip and include it (or a photocopy) with the item(s) you are returning.
  3. Provide a telephone number in case we have questions.
  4. Make a copy of the packing slip form and keep it for your records.
  5. Pack your return in a shipping box with your return packing slip.
  6. Mail your return with the appropriate postage and consider insuring your package in case it's lost or damaged in transit. giggle cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.

How Refunds are Issued:
