A baby stroller is pretty much a registry must-have for any new parent. (Or at least one who plans on leaving the house with their baby!)
A baby stroller is pretty much a registry must-have for any new parent. (Or at least one who plans on leaving the house with their baby!) That's why at giggle, we only carry top-of-the-line stroller picks to choose from, no matter what you're looking for. So before you register, here's some quick Stroller 101: Full-size strollers are all about adaptability and comfort, meaning they're usually larger, sturdier, and often fully loaded with customizable features. Umbrella strollers are lightweight and portable strollers you can easily fold. Often used as "back-up strollers," they're a breeze to maneuver. Universal systems are inexpensive, collapsible stroller frames that are made to fit any car seat and make travel easy. Travel systems are strollers that are made to do it all, designed to click a car seat in and out of its frame and transition your baby into toddlerhood. All-terrain strollers and jogging strollers are durable, sport-utility designs made for more than just pushing your baby along a sidewalk. And last but not least: Double strollers (or "twin strollers") and even triple strollers are made to accommodate two or more kids to make life with multiples a little easier! Want more? Check out our Stroller Guide and browse our stroller accessories. see less
In the orange 'full description' tab it lists or suggests a full infant solution with the infant seat. I was able to research the babyzen.com website and viewed such pictures of an infant seat. However the site didn't mention selling one. Is there such a model of seat sold by this company to match the stroller?
Transport your new precious cargo (newborn to 6 months) two ways in Bloom's Zen:
1 Bloom's Zen Yoga Newborn Nest: This lightweight, 3-in-1 system acts as a baby lounger, travel bed, and parent-facing newborn cradle (when paired with the Zen stroller), making it the complete newborn solution.
2. Bloom's Zen Car Seat Adapters: Turn Zen into a travel system -- simply add a car seat adatper and, voila! You can easily transport baby from car to stroller without missing a beat. Choose from the Graco Snugride Series Car Seat Adapter (will adapt to Graco's entire Snugride series) or the MaxiCosi/Cybex Car Seat Adapter (will adapt to MaxiCosi's Mico and Cybex's Aton car seats).
Bloom's Zen stroller and accessories will be available when they launch late February 2012.
Is there a ride on board option available with the Cruz?
2 years, 6 months ago
UppaBaby's Cruz is perfect for parents looking for a no-frills full-size stroller that’s loaded with easy-to-use features. It offers Uppa-established durability, and is ideal for customers who don’t need a multiple-child stroller option – Cruz does not grow into a double/triple to fit a growing family’s needs.
If you're looking for Uppa-established durability with a multiple-child stroller option we recommend Vista, a fully-featured full-size stroller that can grow from a single child, to a two or three child solution!
I am expecting my 2nd child. Looking for a double stroller to transport my two girls (who will be 2 yrs apart). I'm leaning towards tandem vs. side-by-side configuration. Do you have any models to recommend?
2 years, 6 months ago
There is no “best” stroller in our edited selection. We consider every stroller chosen in every category to be the best of its class within the market, and are committed to helping our parents select the best stroller for their lifestyle and needs. To narrow your search, consider your answers to the following questions:
• Who is using the stroller? (Determine if it's a comfortable fit size-wise.) • What is your mode of transportation? (Do you mostly drive, walk, or take public transit?) • Where do you live? (Do you have stairs to navigate? Will it fit through doors, etc?) • When do you plan on using it? (From birth, or older? Do you need an all-in-one solution, or have a specific need?) • Why does size matter? (How much space do you have in your home and your car?) • How do you plan on using the stroller? (Where will you use it? Pavement, or uneven terrain? Strolling or jogging?)
If you're still thinking "tandem vs. side-by-side", giggle offers two single strollers that have multiple-child capability all in a tandem configuration. Both Baby Jogger's City Select and UppaBaby's Vista are great choices for parents with growing families. Here's what makes these giggle "picks" for best-in-class multiples strollers:
--Baby Jogger City Select: It's a premium full-size stroller with a "better" price that grows into a double stroller, and is customizable to 16 different configurations. --UppaBaby Vista: It's a best-of-value, full-utility stroller at a mid-price point that grows into a double and/or triple stroller on a more compact single-stroller footprint.

We are looking for something to travel with since our Donkey is way too heavy/ cumbersome. What is the weight of this stroller? What are the dimensions folded? Does this fit in the Bugaboo travel case for airline travel?
Bugaboo's Bee is a great way to lighten your load and keep traveling in style. For a complete list of features, benefits, and specifics click on the orange "See Full Details" button on the product page.
Bee weighs 19.8lbs and will accomodate a child from birth to age 4, or 37lbs, and the dimensions are: --folded: 33" L, 18" W, 13" H --unfolded: 34"L, 21" W, 34" H
Bugaboo's Universal Transport Bag will accomodate Bee, plus there's even room left over for baby's clothes, diapers, monitor, and any other smaller items you'll keep in-tow for your journey.
So much confusion with the rumble seat. On the Uppa website, and every picture I have seen, it ONLY shows the rumble seat rear facing. Can you please verify, with an image that it CAN face forward and does NOT only face the pusher of the stroller? I would like to purchase the rumble seat immediately, however, and deterred by this confusion.
UppaBaby's Vista Rumble Seat is an extra seat to your Vista Stroller for double the capacity! Instead of needing a bigger stroller, two can ride at the width of one with this inline attachment.
Rumble Seat attaches to the front of Vista's chassis (frame), and is not bi-directional -- it will always face the parent push-handle. Vista's main seat is bi-directional -- it can face both the parent push-handle, and reverse to face away from the parent push-handle.
To view additional images of UppaBaby's Vista with the Rumble Seat, visit the following giggle.com link:
Uppa Baby Vista's Rumble Seat can be used with either the stroller's seat, or with an infant car seat. giggle offers easy-to-use Uppa Baby Infant Car Seat Adapters for Chicco, Graco, and Maxi Cosi infant car seats. At this time the Rumble Seat is not compatible when Uppa's bassinet is being used on the stroller chassis.
Cybex's Callisto stroller weighs 20lbs (click on the orange "See Full Details" button for a complete list of features and specs!). Callisto adapts to the following infant car seats:
--Cybex Aton with the additional Cybex Aton Car Seat Adapter accessory. --Both Graco's SnugRide and Chicco's KeyFit infant car seat series with the additional Cybex Universal Car Seat Adapter accessory.
Which means you can pick from three of the very best infant car seats that best fit your needs!
What footmuff goes with the Baby Jogger City Mini? I have the JJ Cole infant bundleme, but it covers the handle that folds the stroller. Is there a footmuff that allows easier access to the folding mechanism?
2 years, 7 months ago
(New York, NY)
Adding a footmuff, seat liner, or infant body support to Baby Jogger's City Mini are all great seat accessories to keep baby warm and comfy (especially when it gets chilly outside!), but all will install over the easy-pull one-hand-fold handle mechanism. While it's somewhat inconvenient to slide your hand under the footmuff/seat liner/infant body support to access the handle, it's the best way to operate the easy fold that Baby Jogger is known for.
