Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this stroller!!!! Stylish, comfortable, easy to use and tons of options! I love the bassinet and my son does too! He can stretch out and nap while we are out and about. It is so easy to click the bassinet and carseat adapter/ carseat on and off. We can't wait to try out the toddler seat and add another child- or two! May 22, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Our Best Pick! We're expecting and after going back and forth between the Vista and Cameleon, we realized that the Vista is a no brainer. Despite the extra weight it has, the Vista can fold in one piece and that makes a huge difference. Plus the bassinet is a separate item from the seat, and it's perfectly safe for sleeping:) I am crazy over it and can't wait until it comes! May 22, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love the Uppababy Vista Stroller Love the Uppababy Vista Stroller. We got it in orange and we love the way it looks, how easy it is to fold and unfold, how sturdy and durable the wheels are and how it goes on and off the curb with ease. Also love the bassinet and the stand! May 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Stroller I'm so thankful to have gotten this stroller off my registry! Cannot wait to be pushing our little baby girl around in the bassinet. Plus it is so easy to use and fold up. Never knew I'd be this excited about a stroller but I totally am!! May 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 Best Purchase We've Made So Far... We (uh, em, my husband) researched for WEEKS before buying a stroller...the uppababy won for so many reasons. 1-it handles like a freaking dream. I mean it--I can scoot around aisles, potholes, in and out doors, you name it, we're agile with this thing. The ride is so smooth--we're convinced the shocks on this are better than on our cars, haha. Even when she was in the bassinet, our daughter didn't get bounced around, even on the bumpier sidewalks where we live. 2-The deal: it comes with a bassinet, a stroller seat, bug net, rain guard, and bassinet snuggler. That's amazing enough, but it really acted as our bedside bassinet for 8 weeks (until I could bear to put her in her own room), which was a huge surprise to both of us but a huge relief, too. It was SO easy to just change out the car seat for the bassinet and vice versa, and now we're just swapping the car seat for the reclining harness seat. I don't find it to be too heavy, but I'm in pretty good shape. I love taking her out and shopping and not having to worry about where I'm going to stow everything--this under basket is huge! (I'm talking, 4 paper bags of groceries, huge.) 3-the service: we broke our cupholder. Well, I broke it when I tried to shove a cup in that was too big (like, way too big and styrofoam). I called uppababy and, since it was registered, they sent me a free replacement--NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I thought my brakes worked funny (they stopped the stroller just fine, I just wondered if it should freeze both wheels or just the one) and they sent me AN ENTIRE NEW FRAME, no questions asked. 4-ability to grow. I know $730 feels crazy, but if it's the only real stroller you'll need to buy, I say go for it! We'll use this for 2 (maybe 3) kids easily! December 13, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by I would buy this stroller all over again. I love this stroller. Very easy to use. I do wish it was easier to wash. My daughter is a pigbaby and there is some staining if you look close that I can't get out. I will probably buy a replacement seat in the future. December 12, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 Great Stroller! I have been using this stroller for over 2 years. It clocks well over 2 miles ever day and has held up beautifully. I live in the city and my family only has one car. The Vista is our other car. The versatility cannot be beat. The bassinet is great for the first few weeks. (You can use it as your bassinet in the house too. No need for another one.) Having the seat facing in for the first few months is really nice, and when you turn it around it's a whole new world for your little one. The basket underneath cannot be beat. I do all of our grocery shopping directly into it. The expandable handle is great too. (My husband is 9 in. taller than me.) I could not be happier with this purchase. It suited our needs perfectly and has grown with us over the last 2 years. It would easily survive a second child. All that said, you should consider how you will use it. (Don't get me wrong, I have no quality issues here.) If you will be pulling the stroller in and out of the trunk of a car all the time, this may not be the right option for you. The fold is easy once you get the hang of it, but it's heavy and pretty big. If I lived a suburban life, this would not be my first choice for a stroller. I would have gone with a Snap 'n Go type thing and then an umbrella stroller later. December 11, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 Great storage and made for long walks! I'm not a runner but more of a walker and love the ease of use of the Uppababy Vista for this. It's great for urban terrains and even dirt trails. The bassinet is nice to have but haven't found the need. The storage is vast and much needed when on the go to parks or malls. I have the silver/mica and it's a great gender neutral to grow with my fam. Also chose this one for the rumble seat for future babes vs. side by side December 11, 2012

UPPAbaby’s Vista Bassinet is ideal as a full-time sleeper from birth to 20 lbs OR until your baby starts showing active signs of movement. And, the custom mattress and mattress cover are included so the only extra accessory to add is the UPPAbaby Vista Bassinet Stand!

Q:
hi,
Is the bassinet safe to use a formal bassinet (for "nighttime" or longer duration sleep), or is it only safe for naps when the parents are awake and able to supervise?

A:
UPPAbaby’s Vista Bassinet can be used as a full-time sleeper from birth to 20 lbs OR until your baby starts showing active signs of movement. When occupied by a resting or sleeping baby, parents should place the Bassinet on a firm, flat surface, or make sure it’s locked-into the Vista stroller frame.

And, if you're using the Vista Bassinet as a full-time sleep product we also recommend UppaBaby's Vista Bassinet Stand. Vista's Bassinet safely, and securely, locks into this handy stand, plus the stand converts into a laundry hamper (hamper insert not included; must purchase UppaBaby Vista Bassinet Hamper Insert) once you're through with the bassinet stage.

A:
UppaBaby's Vista and Baby Jogger's City Mini are different weights -- Vista is ideal for families who want a best-of-value, full-utility stroller at mid-price point that offers a multiple child solution; and City Mini is ideal for families who travel and want super-easy fold in an all-utility alternative to an umbrella stroller. Check-out the information below for the weight of each stroller:

--UppaBaby Vista: Total Weight = 25.5 lbs, Frame = 19 lbs, Seat = 6.5 lbs, Bassinet = 8.5 lbs
--Baby Jogger City Mini: Total Weight = 16.8 lbs.
