Maxi-Cosi Pria 70 Air Convertible Car Seat with TinyFit - Brown
$290.00
The Pria 70 really gives you more bang for your buck, since its convertible design covers both the infant and toddler stages, which means one less car seat to buy! But what really sets the Maxi-Cosi apart is that it's the only convertible car seat that reclines to four different positions while your child is sitting in it. Plus, it has revolutionary side impact technology that immediately reduces side impact forces through the precise release of air (yes, really), and a TinyFit System that guarantees a better fit for tinier babies. It also boasts one-hand harness height adjustment, a one-click latch system, and a rear-facing adjustment feature that makes it easier (and faster!) to switch the car seat’s position.
Why it's a giggle pick Parents who don't need a true infant car seat that can be clicked in and out of the car will love saving a purchase with this convertible seat.

Q:
I plan on using a rear-facing car seat for as long as possible. Up to what weight and height will the Pria 70 support a child in the rear-facing position?Does Giggle have any (other) car seat that allows "extended" rear-facing?
Answers
A:
Both Maxi-Cosi's Pria 70 Air and Britax's Pavillion 70 Convertible Car Seats can be used rear-facing from 4-40 lbs. and forward-facing from 22-70lbs with a maximum overall child height of 54".If you already have an infant car set, you can also consider Oribt's G2 or Clek's Foonf Toddler Car Seats -- both can be used rear-facing from 15lbs to 35lbs (Orbit) or 45lbs (Clek), and forward-facing from 20 to 65lbs (Orbit) or 25 to 65lbs (Clek).

Q:
I know maxi cosi and quinny have something in common. Was wondering if this car seat snaps into any strollersAnswers
A:
As a rule, convertible car seats, including MaxiCosi's Pria 70, don't have the option of adapting to a stroller for quick in-and-out-of-the-car convenience. The exception to that rule is Orbit's Toddler Car Seat, a convertible car seat for a child 15+ lbs. that adapts to Orbit's Baby Stroller Base G2.
If car-seat-to-stroller comapatibility for a newborn is what you're looking for, make sure to view giggle's Infant Car Seat assortment. All will adapt to strollers with the addition of right infant car seat adapter accessory (ie. for a Graco Snugride chosse your stroller brand's Graco Snugride Car Seat Adpater).
