Unfortunately, I had a similar experience than one other reviewer. I went on a Giggle reps recommendation as I loved the fact this could vibrate and was space conscious BUT when I received it the product was defective. Basically, the top chair part would not go in securely to the base. I returned it and received a 2nd chair...this also came back defective for the same reason. I really liked the idea of the chair but I would never feel comfortable putting a baby into something that I've had so many problems with already. I returned the defective chair and am awaiting the Baby Bjorn Baby sitter instead. It may not vibrate, but it is space conscious and the brand reputation speaks for itself.

My husband and I registered at giggle because we were looking for quality items that adapt well to city living (smaller spaces). I'm very happy with all of the items our giggle rep helped us choose (uppababy cruz, alma papa crib, chico keyfit car seat, naked bathtub, etc) except for this one. To me, it was not worth the 200 dollar price tag. The batteries ran out quickly, and the upright position (pictured) is too sharp an angle for a newborn to sit comfortably. We ended up using this seat because it was too late to return it, but we had to rock it manually, which to me, defeats the purpose. I would not recommend this item.

Rated 4 out of 5 prefect chair for multiple rooms
love this chair because it is simple and light weight. the gray chair fabric us super soft and snaps/zips off for easy cleaning. this chair is light weight enough to move it from room to room holding it with only one hand. i also love the simplicity of design. the vibrating feature of the chair originates in the seat only, something that i was surprised to find. the rocking feature of this chair is purely manual, so not something you can set the motor to do. one thing that threw me is the harness is kind of difficult to buckle/unbuckle at first. we went into the store to check out the floor model and upon further investigation have heard that it loosens up as it gets broken it. the only down fall to this chair is that the shoulder straps are not permanently secured to the buckle when it is in the unlocked position. so most likely you will need to re-hook the straps to the buckle before you buckle it once you have placed your child in the seat. depending on how squirmy your baby is this could become annoying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by jenny1 perfect for our family who is always on the move
just picked up our coco go the other day because we loved the beautiful design combined with all the functions and versatility. coincidentally we ended up heading upstate to my parents place a few days later, my baby absolutely loved the seat and we didn't want to leave home without it so we easily folded it up and slipped it into the included bag and managed to take it over to my parents' without even noticing we were carrying anything extra. definite must by -- beauty + functionality in one great package!
