These are very helpful for refrigerated milk, but of course you still have to label frozen milk. Great idea!

I used to handwrite the dates on stickers I placed on the lids, but after a middle-of-the-night pump, I often would be too lazy to label the bottles, and the tape would often leave sticky residue. I was so excited when this product came out! I am no longer obsessed with trying to remember which (unlabeled) bottles are freshest, and the sitter can figure it out if I forget to tell her which bottles to use first. I only wish the lids were a little less bulky (making the bottles look top-heavy), but the overall convenience is worthwhile.
