Great for small storage when on the go. However, I was looking for something that my little one could manage on her own at nursery school (3+ year old). Even I have a hard time opening the lids on the containers. Sometimes I get the lid off and everything comes flying out all over the place. I never keep the containers connected as shown in the picture because the lids are such a problem. I keep these for on-the-go snack containers (and my daughter likes to stack them), but the overall product did not meet the expectations that I had - in hind sight, I really didn't need to spend this kind of money on another set of on-the-go containers that only mom or dad can open. Sorry SkipHop, but my only two stars are for trendy looking and my daughter likes to use this as a toy.
