When I received a bunch of bibs at my baby shower I thought "Am I really going to need these? I'm going to be breastfeeding- where's the mess?" I was wrong! These proved especially useful once we started introducing bottles, as well as when the baby started chewing her hands, drooling profusely, spitting up, etc. They fit well, are soft and absorbent and look really cute!

At 4 months this is still too big for my baby and the velcro has scratched up her face. I much prefer a bunch of cheapo bibs someone got me from a different retailer, sadly.

When I received these as a gift, I loved them. They are soft sweatshirt type material on the front and terry cloth on the back, cute design, and I like how it closes on the side instead of the back. But like other people have mentioned washing really ruined the velcro and stretched the neck hole out. These are usually one of the last bibs I reach for when feeding my little one.

The design of the bib is what drew me to it - it is large, has a good sized neck (so many bibs are just too small), and had the closure on the side (away from the neck and skin to avoid irritation). So the first use was great. But then I washed it. The fabric around the velcro curled so badly that I'm always afraid that the rough velcro will rub against his fragile skin. So I can't say that I would recommend these to others.

I wanted to love these bibs. The fabric is great -- so soft and and the stripes are adorable. I love the terry on the reverse side for a final face clean-up.
Unfortunately, like some other reviews, I found the neck hole to be too large, so there isn't good coverage for drips and other mess. The strap also tends to curl up where the velcro tab is, making it a magnet for mess.

These are the only bibs I can find that fasten in the front which makes it easy to take off if baby falls asleep wearing it! They wash really well and help protect clothes.
