We have never had a single leak get through to the mattress and it still looks brand new! The fabric on the waterproof sheet is very soft, also.

We have had these (purchased two) for several years for our Stokke crib. We are SO in love with this crib, and these protectors have held up beautifully, even through literally hundreds of washes. Our one complaint would be that our son recently vomited on one, and it immediately leaked through to the mattress, even though we have never experienced that with urine. It may just be too worn for vomit, although it looks and washes like new! Love this (a necessity, really, with the crib). Also, never shrank in the wash...great fit.

This works great. My child had either food poisoning or the stomach flu and this kept the mattress clean & dry.

i have a lifekind mattress for the Sleepi Crib. It is a little bit thicker than the original Stokke mattress - maybe 1/2" thincker. Can you please tell me the exact dimensions that this waterproof sheet will fit?

Most toxicity issues that you hear about in connection with the word “polyurethane” is regarding “polyurethane foam” which is used to make mattresses, seat cushions, and other such products. Many products, such as this Waterproof Protection Sheet, use a thin polyurethane film fused to fabric to make it waterproof that is made from a food grade urethane that is not considered toxic.Q:
