Nook's Pebble ChangePad is not equipped with a child safety strap, and should only be used in a securely attached, enclosed changing table/changing tray.If you're looking for a changing pad with a child safety strap, you can choose from giggle's Better Basics Antimicrobial Contoured Changing Pad or giggle's Better Basics Organic Cotton Contoured Changing Pad, and then add giggle's Better Basics Terry Waterproof Changing Pad Cover in white.
