As a first time mom I preferred to purchase organic or green items for my baby. I purchased the Bloom changing pad cover as a cover for the changing pad for my parent's house. The changing pad is soft to the touch. I haven't had to wash it much since I usually lay a towel down over the changing pad, but it it has held up nicely and is still a nice white color.

This cover is specifically made to fit Bloom's Change Pad and is 100% organic cotton.giggle's Better Basics Contoured Sherpa Changing Pad Cover is made to fit all of giggle's Better Basics Changing Pads, Nook's Pebble Changing Pad, and most standard contoured pads available today.
While both covers are super-absorbent and cozy, neither are waterproof.
