This crib is not only beautiful but it's also eco-friendly and Oeuf's customer service is awesome! If you ever need replacement parts (i.e. baby chews through the wood and you want to fix it for baby #2), you can easily contact them and order just the parts you need. It also converts into a very stylish toddler bed with an easy to install conversion kit. LOVE.

This crib is great on so many levels: it has a low profile (for petite peeps like myself), it's eco-friendly, it's a great style, and comes in various color combos. Love, love, love it. It's holding up like a real trooper too. I also like that you can get a touch up kit from the manufacturer should you have any nicks or dings.

I love this crib, but am concerned about the safety of the lacquer paint. I've heard that many children chew on their crib once they start teething. If this happens, will the paint chip? How can I ensure my child will be safe if the paint somehow chips and they ingest it?

Oeuf's Classic Crib mattress support may be dressed with a crib skirt when the support is assembled in the upper and middle positions. Once the mattress support is lowered (when baby reaches 9 to 12 months old, or when they can stand on his/her own or pull up to a standing position) the skirt will not hang below the crib's platform base, and you'll probably opt to remove the skirt.1 of 1
