This roomy dresser is great for the nursery and will transition well into childhood and beyond. You can put a regular foam-padded changing pad on top if you don't want to buy the matching wooden changing tray and you're good to go.

We have the natural dresser, and didn't have any issues with odors. I agree that the drawers are shallow - certainly a good amount of room for small baby clothes, but you'll need other storage, too. The top is also just the size for a changing pad, so you'll have to keep the diapers/wipes/etc somewhere else - we use the top drawer, and then shelves above on the hutch. But it would have been nice to have a wider option from Oeuf with more storage inside and room beyond the changing pad on top.

We loved the Oeuf line when we saw it - clean lines, modern, etc. Part of our decision to purchase the furniture was due to Oeuf's "eco-friendly" policy, particularly the way that it was described to us while we were in the store by a Giggle employee. Needless to say, when we received our furniture we were a bit surprised at the crazy chemical smell that filled our nursery (and subsequently the hallway, then the kitchen and then the living room) the second the delivery people took the items out of their boxes. We ordered the walnut with white and apparently this smell is due to the stain that they use to create the "walnut" color on the furniture. It's HORRIBLE. The smell took two weeks to dissipate from our home and thankfully we had enough time to get it out, seeing as how I'm still pregnant. Aside from the need to degas your furniture long before your baby comes home, my biggest gripe about this dresser is the lack of depth of the drawers. These things are very shallow - more so than you would expect. Be prepared to have a limited amount of clothing in the dresser!

Q:Â
it looks like there is no room for anything but the changing pad--where do you put wipes, diaper cream etc.?Answers
A:Â
You’re right; there isn’t any extra space on top of the dresser for your changing essentials, but most giggle customers store all of those items in the top drawer. If you’re near a giggle store, stop in and take a look at the dresser to see if it’s a good fit for you!1 of 1
