Rated 4 out of 5 by CMillet Great product
Love how lightweight this is and how easy it is to move thanks to the wheels. When you consider that it also rocks like a cradle -- just great!

Rated 4 out of 5 by JKush Great Functionality and Design
I have been using this bassinet for my now 7 week old and I really like it.
Pros:
- Design. The design is simple and streamlined - no frilly junk like so many of the bassinets at big baby stores. Also, the mattress is a standard size so it is easy to buy more sheets.
- Lightweight. I have been able to easily move it around the house.
- Breathable. I was initially concerned about air flow, but the fabric lets air through without a problem.
- Rocks. You can easily change the base so that it is stationery or rocks. When next to my bed, I was able to reach out and rock it to soothe my baby back to sleep.
Cons:
- Pricey. I feel like it is $50 too much, but I would buy it again.

Q:
What is the weight limit for the BabyHome Dream Cot?Answers
A:
Just like a standard bassinet, parents can keep their baby in BabyHome's DreamCot until they begin showing active signs of movement, which happens anywhere from 3 to 6 months (maximum weight rating is 18lbs).Q:
I will of course wash the sheet and mattress pad before the first use but am wondering if I should wash he bassinet fabric itself? Every thing smelled a little like chemicals and I am wondering if people wash before baby's first use?Answers
A:
It's always a good idea to freshen your fabrics in anticipation of your new baby's arrival! BabyHome's innovative DreamCot does not contain any chemical additives, and is so easy for busy parents to care for:--The cot's fabric zippers-off of the frame for laundering.
--The included honeycomb-structured, breathable mattress cover is washable and prevents leaks from penetrating the high density mattress (not washable).
--The included two sheets and travel bag are also washable.
Q:
What sheets and mattress covers fit this bed? Where are they available?Answers
A:
DreamCot's travel-friendly construction, multi-position options, and high-quality design all make it one of the best premium baby cots on the market. Plus, it includes all of the following bedding essentials, setting-up parents for success right from the start:• Mattress

Q:

A:
BabyHome's DreamCot has been tested to the ASTM F2194-10 Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Bassinets and Cradles. This voluntary testing standard includes (but is not limted to) testing for lead in paints; hazardous sharp edges or points; small parts; unintentional folding; static load; and stability, along with several other areas of safety.Since BabyHome's DreamCot is classified as a Bassinet/Cradle, it is not tested to 16 CFR 1219 or 16 CFR 1220, which is the testing standard for Full-sized or Non-full-sized Baby Cribs.
Q:
What is the mattress made out of? Is it organic? Are there any chemicals/any outgassing that will occur with this mattress pad?Answers
A:
DreamCot is not organic, but comes with 3 layers of comfort:1. A sturdy base that is covered in padding covered in cotton.
2. A separate high density foam mattress also covered in 100% cotton.
3. A unique honeycomb structured mattress pad that gives loft and breathability.
The three layers combine to ensure a well-ventilated, breathable, safe sleep environment!
Q:
Are the mattress, mattress pad or fitted sheets waterproof? What is the purpose of the mattress pad?Answers
A:
BabyHome's DreamCot bedding accessories are not waterproof, but are so easy for busy parents to care for -- the high-density mattress is not waterproof, but the honeycomb-structured (for optimal breathability!) mattress cover is washable and super-absorbent to help prevent leaks from penetrating through to the mattress.Q:
Hi,I'd like to know what is the outside material on this cot? Is it cotton or some kind of polyester? My concern is that the textile may be not breathable and, since sides are quite high, uncomfortable for baby to sleep in...
Thank you,
Marina
