This door lock kept our son out of the bathroom without problem... When it came time to uninstall it, It was easy as well. We were worried that it would mar the door it was adhered too but worked out fine!

These locks worked great for the first year or so. But by the time our son was about 20-months old, he figured out how they worked, and was able to open the doors again on his own. We've tried other locks though, and he figured them out in a matter of minutes. So, I think these are still the best option.
