We made a couple of these for the grandparents for small gifts. Easy to make and decorate, and they loved em! Make one for yourself too.

i managed to make it an oval shape & get both feet imprinted on mine. i love to see it hang above my daughters crib... such teeny feet.
the only thing is that it didnt dry to be super hard like i thought (like ceramic would) but its light & hangs nicely

I bought this item for my 3 week old! First of all the clay stuck to the rolling pins. I had to flatten it with my hands. The clay stuck to the baby and made a mess. I finally got an impression after 5 tries! It has been drying for 3 days and is still not hard! I would never buy this product again!

I love this product - what a great and easy way to document your baby's tiny hands and feet! I recommend having someone else there with you so one of you can soothe and wipe off the baby while the other re-molds the clay as needed.

Had a great time putting this together at Christmas. Now it'll serve as a reminder of how small he was as we will look back on it each year.

Great concept, but hard to do with small infant. Need to press down pretty hard in the material to get imprint. It's great if your child is cooperative. It took us about 6 tries, about 3 hours, to get a decent one.

i used these to make gifts for the grandparents and the aunts/uncles. i made them smaller so i can get more prints out of each box. i imagine it's a lot less messier than the clay versions. you can also use crayola model magic clay, but buy atleast one of these kits first - it includes the tools you will need to make it a hanging ornament.

Hi! I'd love to buy a couple of these for my parents and in-laws, but I'm wondering if my child's hand is too big. She's average size, and 13 months.Answers
