While this didn't completely alleviate my son's cradle cap, it certainly helped. It was not greasy, so I could apply it liberally without it becoming a big mess.

Our son had really bad cradle cap and this is the only thing that worked to get rid of it. It worked really quickly too. I think within the first week of using it the cradle cap was mostly gone. It is great too because it isn't harsh on his skin.
