Rated 4 out of 5 by GogoMama No Smell I was a little worried when I first tried this diaper cream out. It was thick and hard to squeeze out of the tube, but boy did it work well and even better it has little to absolutely no smell! It protects well and leaves skin very soft. It's a very good moisture barrier and we've had no skin problems (sensitive skin) since we've started using it 6 months ago. Although, the person applying it does really have to wash their hands well after using it as it's not just a rub in and go kind of a cream. You have to scrub to get it off. Both a plus and a drawback. That being said I don't think I'll go back to what I was previously using after trying this. It's now my go to cream! May 21, 2013
