How long will standard orders take?
Delivery timing for orders is calculated based on processing time plus shipping time:
- 99% of our standard delivery orders are processed within 1 business day of purchase and will arrive 3-6 business days from the date they were shipped, depending on the destination.
- 100% of our expedited deliveries are guaranteed to arrive within 2-3 business days of purchase.
- 100% of our express deliveries are guaranteed to arrive within 1-2 business days of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders will not ship on Memorial Day.
PLEASE NOTE: These delivery times do not apply to shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. Date of purchase for expedited and express orders received after 1 pm ET will be the following day. Incorrect shipping addresses, payment issues and UPS, FedEx or LTL Freight failures due to weather or emergency may result in delivery delays beyond our control. "Non-standard" shipping exceptions are noted on the "shipping info" tab of the product page.
Why don't I see an option for Expedited or Express shipping at checkout?
This is most likely an oversized item or custom order, which are never available for Expedited or Express shipping. If you want to know which item is ineligible, check the "shipping and delivery details" link on the product page.

Shipping costs are based on both your total purchase amount and desired speed of delivery:

Do surcharges apply?
Surcharges are placed on select oversized items. These charges are clearly noted in the "Shipping & Delivery Details" link on each of our product pages, during the checkout process, and prior to confirmation of your purchase(s).
What if I only get part of my order?
In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together. This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet shipped. You will be notified by email or phone if there are any delays in shipping.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we are able to ship the majority of giggle items to these two states. However, there are some bulky furniture items that cannot be shipped safely to customers in Alaska and Hawaii. In those cases, giggle customer service will alert you directly and reserves the right to cancel those items in your order. You will not be charged for any item that does not ship to you.
Do you ship outside the United States?
MyUS.com is our preferred partner for international package forwarding to more than 200 countries and territories. MyUS.com provides customers with a private U.S. mailing address. Once a U.S. address is received, the customer places an order here on giggle.com using their MyUS.com address as their shipping address. All giggle orders shipped to MyUS addresses are shipped and billed according to our standard domestic shipping rates for each service option described above. giggle will ship the order domestically to MyUS.com's warehouse, where MyUS.com consolidates and forwards.

Can I use an international credit card to place an order?
Yes! However, these orders cannot be placed on our website. If you would like to pay with an international credit card, please contact our customer service department at 1.800.495.8577 and we will gladly place the order for you.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Unfortunately, we cannot. Our shipping partners are UPS, FedEx and LTL Freight, so orders can't be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. Please provide a valid postal address during checkout.
How do I know if my furniture is eligible for in-home assembly?

How do you ship gift cards?
Gift cards are shipped free of charge and separately from regular merchandise via First Class U.S. Postal Service. Gift cards usually ship within two business days. Please allow 4-6 business days for delivery. Gift cards may be shipped to U.S. addresses only. When calculating your order's shipping charge, the value of the gift card does not count towards your total purchase amount and will not affect the shipping charges assigned to non-gift card purchases.

All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx and LTL Freight, depending on the size of your package.
