Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in our products, and hope you are delighted with your purchase or gift from giggle. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, we make it easy to get exactly what you want.

All returns may be made via mail or in our stores, whichever is most convenient for you. Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned with your packing slip up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or for store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges). Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition returned without a packing slip or after 30 days from the date of purchase shall be exchanged for store credit only (less shipping costs and surcharges). Any available store credits will be issued at the then lowest selling price and shall be in the form of a giggle gift card that will be mailed to the address provided. All gift returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available. Store credits may be used at www.giggle.com or at any of our store locations.

Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied against all new and unused furniture and gear merchandise returned in an opened or missing box.

Return Policy Exceptions
All purchases made of monogrammed, perzonalized, special-order, and sale items are final. All breastfeeding and potty product sales are also final, due to health and hygiene concerns. No refunds or store credits are available on any of these purchases. Please be aware that giggle reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.

For mail-in returns:

1. Repack the item in its original box and attach your pre-printed return label.
2. Complete the form on the back of your packing slip and include it (or a photocopy) with the item(s) you are returning.
3. Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. giggle cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.

If you no longer have your packing slip, please email us at customerservice@giggle.com or call our Customer Service Department at 1.800.495.8577, Monday – Friday, 8am – 7pm ET and Saturday, 11am – 6pm ET to obtain your order number. All messages, whether by phone or email, will be returned within two business days. A packing slip or order number must be included in your return.

Labor Day: giggle Customer Service is Closed on Monday, 9.1.14.
