Bright, cheery and perfectly sized for little ones who need a boost for tooth brushing or reaching higher shelves, this hand-crafted stool fits perfectly next to a pedestal sink. (Which is exactly why the step doesn't extend to the end of the frog's nose--so you can "nest" it closer!) It gives little ones safe, easy sink access without giving up too much valuable space in the bathroom. Plus, its clever profile not only looks adorable, it's also made responsibly from recycled wood painted with low-odor, eco-friendly paint.See Full Details

Rated 1 out of 5 by katkupe Nice looking but very flawed design Buyer beware. The picture on the website does not allow you to see what is a terrible design flaw. I had been looking for a step stool for my 2 year old to be able to reach the sink in his bathroom for brushing and washing. This adorable frog stool seemed perfect. It was fairly simple to put together, is nicely made, but the top step is fairly narrow and does not extend all the way to the end of the frogs nose. Therefore when we pulled it up to our sink, which like most sinks, has a cabinet below, the frogs nose touches the cabinet but there is a 4 inch gap between the top step and the cabinet. This is big enough for my sons feet to fall through (and causes real potential danger like smacking his face on the counter or sink). So I have to keep a hand on him and he precariously stands on his toes to excitedly brush his teeth on his new frog stool. Every inch counts, so he's not as close as he could be to wash/brush and is straining to lean over. I just can't believe that whoever was clever enough to design something so nice looking and environmentally friendly failed to see how poor the basic function of this stool is. It might not be as much of a problem for a 4-5 yr old, but they might not even need the height of this stool at that age. Lastly, while I did stare at my tape measurer and determine that it would be a good size overall, it's big, and takes up a huge amount of space in my good sized bathroom. I feel duped.
